    I want to thank Lisa Pleasant who assisted me today to help me understand a form I received from my homeowner's insurance company. I know it's not easy having to speak to and help frustrated customers all day long. But Lisa was patient, friendly, and informative. Not being treated like an idiot goes a long way!
