Christine has been absolutely amazing! My husband and I moved here in December. The second we came to tour the property it just felt like home. There’s been nothing but welcoming and kind vibes from the leasing office. There is resident parking and visitor parking that is labeled throughout the property for guests. They have a towing company come through every morning to remove vehicles that don’t have a sticker or are parked incorrectly, there’s a sign posted at the entrance for everyone to know. They have security drive around every night and walk the buildings to check things. Whenever we’ve gone in to get help with something they work with us and our schedules to make sure whatever it is gets resolved. We couldn’t be more happy with living here. It’s been one of the better experiences we’ve had with an apartment complex! The staff in the office really makes this place better and more inviting!

My family and l lived in these apartments for about a year and half. We enjoyed every moment. Thank you to the office staff for always being sweet and nice . A big thanks to Mr Chaz for always keeps the property clean. He alway went above and beyond. Sad to hear he left . If we ever come back to VA we will be coming back live here .

Christine is simply amazing! From the moment the clubhouse tour began, her energy, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire experience feel welcoming and engaging. The clubhouse itself is beautifully maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately stands out. Every space feels thoughtfully designed, whether you're looking to relax, socialize, or enjoy the amenities. Christine did an excellent job highlighting all the features, answering questions with patience, and making sure nothing was overlooked. What really made the tour special was how personable and attentive she was—she made it feel less like a tour and more like a conversation. It’s clear she truly cares about creating a positive experience. Overall, a fantastic tour led by an exceptional guide. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I lived here for nearly 2 years and I can't recommend it enough! Leasing staff were always kind and helpful, visitor parking was easy for guests, the gym and pool were always well-maintained. Maintenance staff was always super responsive and helpful. As a young female, I always felt very safe here; there was one isolated incident of a car break in which was the only safety issue the whole time we lived here (can happen anywhere in my opinion) but BLVD was super responsive and immediately hired a security crew to start doing a walkthrough at night. Move in was also a perfect process, very easy and the apartment was spotless. Very spacious units available as well. We'd certainly resign another year if we stayed in the area but unfortunately we're moving to another city. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for their next home.
